“I’ve been contributing to the well-being of residents for many years. Since 2011, I’ve been lucky enough to reside in a living environment that I manage with my partner. This intermediary resource was a unique opportunity for me to get directly involved with the residents and their families. A big family, you might say, with 32 people and all the employees. Over the years, I’ve felt the fatigue of caregivers as I’ve worked with them on a regular basis.

After selling my home, Baluchon Alzheimer was a revelation for me. I can still share my life experience with caregivers, allowing them to rest for a few days while taking care of the people who are most important to them. I feel privileged to experience heart-to-heart connections with the people I care for.

Every moment I spend with the person I’m helping confirms that I’m always in the right place. I’m deeply convinced that my presence, my kindness and my experience can help a caregiver who needs a break. I’m delighted to be part of the Baluchon Alzheimer team.”
