Are you training in gerontology, psychology, social work or healthcare? Do you enjoy talking to caregivers to identify their needs? Do you have the empathy and interpersonal skills required to establish contact with the elderly?

At Baluchon, you’ll find a human-centred, dynamic and caring team driven by a desire to help others. We celebrate diversity of being and thinking.

To achieve this, a team of four people supervises each of our baluchonnages (respite work periods) and creates a close and direct contact with the caregiver.

Under the supervision of the clinical services coordinator, the agent receives requests from social services, interviews the caregiver to identify pre-baluchonnage needs and completes the caregiver’s file.
